Louise was born in Esperance and grew up on a farm north of town. Lou has travelled extensively which includes a trip to Canada & Scotland. Previously, Lou lived in Leura in the Blue Mountains and worked for the RSPCA. This lead to an interest in caring for animals and she is now the treasurer for the local branch of the RSPCA.

DORA - PRACTICE MANAGER

Dora wandered into Swans two years ago and decided she’d like to stay. She soon made her presence heard and worked her way up into the very prestigious position of Practice Manager.

When Dora isn’t doing the rounds harassing the patients and staff, she is cuddled up in her lovely “Manageress Bed” where she has her staff waiting on her hand and foot (or paw and paw).

Dora also enjoys long strolls along the receptionists’ desk, saying hello to her lovely clientele.
