Bianca started working for us as a kennel hand while in high school in 2004. Since then she has qualified as a registered Veterinary Nurse, and worked her way up taking on the reins of head nurse in 2021, which is no small task managing a team of 9 nurses. Bianca has a special interest in all things equine and spends most her time in the field with the equine vets.

Bianca’s love of animals continues at home where she and her husband Scott run a quarter horse stud, East Hope Quarter Horses which consists of two stallions, broodmares, showhorses and youngstock. They also have 3 working dogs, one very spoilt Jack Russell and 3 cats. Outside work Bianca enjoys travelling the country side with her family competing their quarter horses, camping and looking after their three kids Bentley, Cadence and Cash.
